Goa has been shaken by a disturbing double murder case involving foreign nationals after a Russian tourist was arrested for allegedly killing two women in North Goa, including a woman believed to be his live-in partner, police said. Investigators said the discovery was made after the landlord reportedly entered the room and found the woman dead.
