When asked about how he spends his time off work, Akshay revealed a structured approach that surprised many. “I take 125 days off every year,” he said, breaking it down to 52 Sundays, 40 days of summer holidays, 12 for Diwali, and a week off every three months. He emphasized that with 24 hours in a day and 365 days in a year, proper time management ensures both productivity and relaxation.

This balanced routine, according to the actor, is the foundation of his stress-free life.

The Power of Simplicity

For Akshay, the biggest lesson is to avoid unnecessary complications. “The most amazing thing in my life is simplicity. Make your life completely simple. Don’t take complications. Don’t take stress,” he said, adding that stress is like a “disease” that spares no one. He recalled his humble beginnings growing up in a small room shared by 24 people to stress that problems of money, relationships, or life’s struggles are universal. What matters, he insisted, is how one chooses to deal with them.

The Jolly LLB 3 star reminded his audience that life’s purpose lies in enjoying the present rather than worrying about the future. “You know why God has sent you? So that you can enjoy it because heaven is here only. Earth is heaven,” he remarked.
