Actress Deepika Padukone has finally opened up about her sudden exit from two major projects Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s “Spirit” and the sequel to “Kalki 2898 AD.” Her statement has taken social media by storm, as she called out the “double standards” women face in the film industry when it comes to basic work demands and fair treatment.

A similar situation reportedly occurred with director Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s film “Spirit,” which was set to star Prabhas in the lead role.
Despite the controversy, Deepika remains focused on her upcoming film “King”, where she reunites with Shah Rukh Khan. The duo, known for their chemistry in blockbusters like Om Shanti Om and Chennai Express, will be seen together for the sixth time. Deepika recently shared that working with Shah Rukh has always been a learning experience and that she values their long-standing friendship and trust.
